Licensed Assistant helps in handling many of the day-to-day activities of the team. Making sure that the customers are well informed of showings and feedback on there properties when shown by the team and other REALTORS®. Working closely with Bernard to schedule appointments, preparation of all Market Evaluations of properties and the collection of information and data to be entered into the Multiple Listing System and edits the information when things change and when the property is SOLD!

The Marketing Manager handles the development and implementation of the Lefebvre Team marketing plan. The MM designs, implements, analyzes, and is responsible for the follow-up of our marketing strategies. It is the MM's responsibility to ensure that the Home Team marketing plan is working for our clients effectively. The Marketing Manager is a crucial member of the Home Team.

The Man Behind the Name

Bernard Lefebvre was born and raised in Cold Lake. He is committed to carrying on the well-respected Lefebvre name and proud of being a member of a family of whom was one of the first settlers to the Cold Lake area. With a passion for real estate Bernard purchased his first house in Cold Lake at the age of 19. This initial investment lead Bernard to his eventual career as a licensed REALTOR® and Broker.

Bernard is now specializing in residential, commercial, development and investment properties in the Cold Lake Area. As an Advisor to the Economic Development Advisor Board for the City of Cold Lake and a Director for the Northern Eastern Alberta REALTORS® Association and a Director of the Alberta Real Estate Association, Bernard is totally committed to the highest levels of client and customer satisfaction.
